After the ‘Teen Mom: OG’ star shared a photo on his Instagram profile, fans were able to notice a “strange-looking” tattoo on the center of his body.

The date below the tattoo is an indication of Carly’s birthday, so it seems.

Some fans were delighted by the tattoo while others thought it was quite extra.
