The ex ‘Teen Mom: OG’ star Mackenzie Standifer’s past has been mentioned multiple times online.
Ryan and Mackenzie appear happily married
Ryan first met his wife-to-be Mackenzie years ago. Mackenzie described their first encounter on her blog, “Ryan and I met at the gym here in Chattanooga. I was leaving to go to work and he was walking in.”
It didn’t take long for them both to realize that they’re meant for each other, hence they got married in 2017.

Not a lot is known about Mackenzie’s dating past but there is this one photo that appeared online.
Apparently, Mackenzie used to date a guy called Zachary years back, before she met her now-husband Ryan Edwards.
They even share a child together, to whom both of them have 50/50 custody.
