Kayla Jones from MTV’s ‘Young & Pregnant’ recently welcomed her second child. She first announced the news on social media (Instagram) with the caption: “She’s here”.

Jones also thanked her fans for keeping up with her and wishing her a safe delivery. “I’m exhausted as hell,” she added.
