Jordan Cashmyer was one of the ’16 & Pregnant’ girls. She first appeared on the series back in 2014 but didn’t sign on to be on any future shows.

Earlier this year, it was reported that Jordan died at the age of 27. Her demise was widely reported by the media and the official ‘Teen Mom’ Twitter account also acknowledged her death.

“We are deeply saddened to learn about the passing of Jordan Cashmyer,” the official account tweeted out at the time.

It was also revealed that her cause of death was substance abuse.
