The couple reportedly met at a shopping mall where Kailyn was a cashier at the time.
It was later revealed that Javi knew who Kailyn was. She even went as far as saying that he only dated her for the fame.

Kailyn and Javi ‘tied the knot’ in September 2012 and their marriage lasted only 5 years.

During their time together, Kailyn gave birth to a son called Lincoln Marshall Marroquin.
