Back in the early days of ’16 & Pregnant’, Farrah was in a relationship with Derek Underwood, the father of her only child, Sophia.

Unfortunately, Derek passed away while Sophia was still a child so she never got a chance to meet her father properly.

But even after all this time, Farrah makes sure that they both don’t forget about him.

“Mother’s Day is always made visiting the man who made me a
mom. God is great!” Farrah said in an Instagram post while visiting Derek’s resting place.
