Roseanne’s show got canceled by ABC and it was a devastating blow to the actress. ABC president issued a full-blown statement on the matter: “Roseanne’s Twitter post is reprehensible, vile, and inconsistent with our values.”

Apparently, Roseanne went too far on social media and it cost her millions of dollars in long-term personal revenue.

Barr later apologized for making questionable tweets saying “I sincerely apologize for making a joke about her politics and appearance. I knew better. Please forgive me; my joke was offensive.”
