Leah recently posted a photo to her Instagram showing off her workout skills and toned fitness figure.

“Teamwork makes the dream work,” Leah captioned the post. Apparently, Leah teamed up with a private trainer to come up with useful exercises in order to help her achieve her fitness goals.

Needless to say, it seems like things are working out and Leah is steadily progressing towards her goals.
