Apparently, Jo has a real estate portfolio valued at over $1 million.

Even though Jo and his wife live in what would be referred to as a ‘subpar’ home, he still owns numerous other properties.

According to the reports, Jo has been buying up homes in the Delaware area and either flipping them or renting them out.

This would all add to a passive monthly income and thus make Jo an excellent real estate investor.
