The decision to purchase a home is very important in any family’s life, especially if you already have a bunch of kids.
This was definitely the case when the ‘Teen Mom 2’ star Kailyn Lowry decided to buy a home.
Kailyn’s old home
Kailyn bought the home in August of 2019 for a reported price tag of $837,000. It wasn’t her first home in Delaware either, as she previously owned a $330k home there.
When she made the decision to move in with her boys to the new place, she was ecstatic about it.
And who wouldn’t be?
The home featured over 7,000 square feet of space, a swimming pool, and a fully-featured basement.
The home’s first entrance level featured both the living and dining room. Both of which were very spacious and inviting.
Kailyn’s old kitchen was quite spectacular too, with a separate island, a walk-in pantry, and multiple ovens.
Kailyn’s big decision
Kailyn had to make a hard decision to sell the property and said that it was a place where she was at her “lowest”.
“This house is the physical manifestation of both the lowest and highest points of my life – the best point being Creed’s birth,” she said of her decision.
The home was certainly a place where many fond memories were created too, especially since it was a fun place for the kids to be.
