‘Teen Mom’ fans recently speculated that if Kailyn is indeed pregnant, the fifth baby is likely to be another boy.

“I hope she never does get a girl,” one fan commented.

“She’s like a female version of Nick Cannon. Whether it’s a boy or a girl I feel sorry for them,” another fan wrote.

Fans also noticed that Kailyn’s boyfriend Elijah shared a Facebook post in 2018 where it says “I want a son”.
