Jenelle’s ex-boyfriend Keiffer Delp was arrested in Pennsylvania earlier in June of this year. According to online reports, he was charged with misconduct and criminal conspiracy, but the ‘conspiracy charge’ was dropped.

This isn’t the first time Kieffer got arrested as he’s known for being in conflict with police pretty much at all times.
