After a series of controversial posts about her online, the mislabeled Algerian boxer finally decided to send a message in a post-fight interview.

Imane recently won against her Hungarian opponent, Anna Luca Hamori, who had posted a ‘disgusting’ photo before the match.

In the photo, the Hungarian boxer implied that she was fighting against the devil.

After winning her most recent match, Imane did a post-match interview where she sent out a message to the world.

“I dedicate this medal to the world, and to all the Arabs and I tell you, ‘Long live Algeria,” she told after the fight.

Adding that, “I want to tell the entire world that I am a female, and I will remain a female.”

The Olympic Committee has also stood by their decision and said that all the athletes in the female division are also females in real life, according to their passports & other checks.
