Farrah recently posted a new selfie to her Instagram feed and fans couldn’t believe that it was actually her in the photo, due to a drastic change in looks.

The former ‘Teen Mom’ star addressed her love for plastic surgery in her book and said that she’s proud of the work.

“Yes, it’s true, I got plastic surgery and with that responsibility and freedom, there is a lot I learned,” she said.

“I am grateful I got to show or document pretty much my first to my last procedure publicly. That includes even the mess-ups,” she added.
