It’s safe to assume that most of her fans are also ‘Teen Mom’ fans but she has gotten her fair slice of “mainstream” fame as well.
She also has a TikTok account with over 600,000 followers.

Farrah’s daughter Sophia is also famous on social media. But since she’s not 18 yet, her mother Farrah helps her run the accounts on social media (apparently).
Fans recently noticed that Farrah could be “posing” as Sophia when interacting with fans online.
In the outlined Instagram comment, Sophia addressed all the “haters” but fans quickly figured out that it actually might be Farrah who’s posting it.
“The irony that Farrah doesn’t realize her incorrect grammar usage is a dead give away that she wrote ALL of these comments,” one fan revealed.
“I can’t wait until Sophia is old enough to speak for herself,” another fan said.
