Fans noticed that Jenelle looks vastly different compared to her first ‘Teen Mom’ editions. Some fans think it’s all the ‘plastic surgery’ she had done including her lips & a ‘boob job’.

“Jenelles plastic surgery is probably the best out of all the girls,” a fan commented.

“Her lips are such an improvement and I don’t know if she got her eyebrows microbladed, but those look better too,” a fan noticed.

“I think Jenelle looks really basic without makeup but can look beautiful with the right amount of makeup and styling,” someone chimed in.
