Amber Portwood first appeared on MTV’s ’16 & Pregnant’ and has become a household name since then. At the time, she was in a relationship with her then-boyfriend Gary Shirley.

Although the relationship between Amber and Gary didn’t work out, the two established a great co-parenting relationship that has gotten better over the years.
Amber’s daughter Leah currently lives with her father Gary and stepmother Kristina. Portwood continues filming new episodes for ‘Teen Mom: Next Chapter’ although it was rumored that she might quit the show soon.
