The former ‘Teen Mom: OG’ star already had multiple plastic surgeries and it seems like she is using a lip filler or something similar to make her lips appear ‘fuller’.

Needless to say, this isn’t the first time fans are seeing Farrah’s surgeries ‘in action’ as she often posts selfies on social media, especially on Instagram.
