The former ‘Teen Mom 2’ couple is very active on social media and fans noticed something was ‘off’ in the selfie above.

Jenelle has millions of fans on Instagram while her husband has just under 400,000 followers.

“Why does he look like he has a belt around the middle of his head?” one fan commented.

“This photo – wow. How are their heads so….tall. Like their eyes are just the midpoint on their heads, when usually eyes are at the upper third of the face,” another fan wrote.
