The former ‘Teen Mom 2’ star recently posted a photo with her kids Kaiser & Ensley and fans noticed a heartbreaking detail.

In the photo above, Jenelle’s son Kaiser is seen wearing a necklace with his initials but beside his name, there was also his brother Jace’s name.

“..this is the necklace Jenelle used to wear when she only had Jace and Kaiser. Ensley wasn’t born yet,” one fan said of the photo.

“I can imagine he adores his big bro and is probably taking all this hard,” another fan commented.
