The former ‘Teen Mom 2’ star has over 4 million followers on Instagram and that means a lot of attention for each and every photo she posts.

Just recently fans spotted a baby bottle in the lower left corner of her new photo.

“At this point she needs to just post the baby if she wants the attention back,” one fan said of the photo.

“Yeah it’s gone too far the other way now. The conspiracy is boring now – I think baby #5 exists..” another fan commented.
