A wild fan theory circulating on social media suggests that Gary might be getting more than a friendship with his ex-girlfriend Amber Portwood.
Perhaps the fan is just reaching with their wild imagination but you never truly know. After all, Gary & Amber have previously been in a relationship and Amber appears to be single now.
