Fans didn’t really get to see Cole’s big brother featured on MTV’s ‘Teen Mom 2’ but he has an Instagram account.

Cole even tagged him in one of the photos with his children and the fans’ reaction was very strong.

“It’s just you with long hair!” a fan wrote.

“you certainly look like twins,” another fan commented.

“That resemblance tho,” someone chimed in.
