Chelsea & Cole’s Marriage Will Get An Upgrade

Chelsea & Cole are one of the longest-running ‘Teen Mom’ couples out there. No one else besides Catelynn & Tyler comes close to the type of relationship they seem to share.
That’s not to diminish other ‘Teen Mom’ couples, it’s just how it’s portrayed in the series and online. They first got married back in October 2016.
Their wedding reception was delayed because Chelsea was pregnant with their son Watson at the time.
