The ex ‘Teen Mom 2’ power couple Chelsea & Cole DeBoer quit MTV’s series back in 2020 but they are still beloved by the ‘Teen Mom’ community.

Chelsea is still the most popular ‘Teen Mom’ star with over 6 million followers while her husband Cole is the second most popular ‘Teen Mom’ dad.

They recently signed up to be hosts on a new show called ‘Farmhouse Fabulous’ on HGTV, it’s expected to air sometime in spring 2023.
