Alec Baldwin’s ‘Rust’ case was recently dismissed over withheld evidence from the prosecutors.

“If this conduct does not rise to the level of bad faith it certainly comes so near to bad faith to show signs of scorching,” the judge added.

“Whether you’re an Alec Baldwin fan or not this is a completely unfair prosecution. Think of all the movies we’ve watched with actors shooting at each other on screen. If some incompetent armorer loads live bullets for blanks, you mean to tell me that any one of those actors could be prosecuted,” one fan commented.
